Description

Getting in and out of the bath doesn’t need to be difficult - the Mangar Archimedes Bathlift is the perfect solution. The Archimedes Bathlift will Lower and raise you in and out of the bath on the reassuring and comfortable fixed position seat using the battery powered hand control. It has a rigid chair back, designed to give full support in your current bath, without having to opt for expensive replacement baths. Maximum user weight 150kg/24 stone. By easily separating into three parts, with the heaviest weighing only 5.2kg, it minimises risk when being lifted in and out of the bath. The hand control features a battery level indicator light so you can see when it requires charging. For peace of mind there is an automatic safety feature which will only lower you into the bath when there is sufficient power to raise you back up again. Hints and Tips for using powered removable bath lifts

Powered bath lifts on loan from North Lanarkshire Council are serviced annually by the Integrated Equipment and Adaptations Service (IEAS). If you have any problems with your bath lift you can contact IEAS on 01698 274460. Please note, if more than one person is using the bath, the bath lift will need to be removed and stored when not in use. The bath lift from the IEAS comes in two parts for ease of removal and storage.
