Easy to install with no wires between the outside doorbell intercom and the indoor phone handset Supplied with mains adaptor. This uses digital technology to ensure crystal free sounds with no interference and long battery life for the weather proof bell push unit. Bell push unit requires 3 x AA batteries (not included), battery life will last around 1 year. Update: The indoor handset is now cordless so the unit does not need to be fixed to the wall. This product can be set up with a door release but this work requires a qualified locksmith and depends on the type of door and lock mechanism.
