Seated Trunk Twist

Make sure that you are warm before performing this exercise.

  • Sit upright on your usual chair. Sit as tall as you can with your feet firmly on the floor.
  • Twist your head and shoulders to one side then return to the centre. Repeat this on your other side. Only turn as far as is comfortable for you.
  • Perform 3 twists each way.

Try to do this exercise every day.
