Routes to Work Ltd are a registered charity who were founded in 2002. They offer a free, confidential service helping unemployed residents in the North Lanarkshire area to access opportunities in employment, education and training. They provide advice, information, guidance and practical support to develop and enhance the employment prospects of our clients.

Skills Development Scotland

Skills Development Scotland (SDS) is Scotland’s national skills body. They support individuals to build their career management, work-based and employability skills, throughout their career journey, from school, into further learning opportunities and employment.
