I would like to talk to someone about my caring role

North Lanarkshire Carers Together

Caring for someone can bring you closer to them. It can also, often change the dynamics and the relationship between you and the person you care for. This brings its own challenges and it is important to know there are services available to hear your voice, talk and work through any concerns. It is important to know you are not alone.

If you would like to have chat about your caring role  and find out information that may help you in your caring role you can call North Lanarkshire Carers Together on 01698 404055 or email: enquiries@carerstogether.org or for more information visit: www.carerstogether.org/

An Adult Carer Support Plan is an opportunity to discuss with your local carer centre what support or services you need. This will look at how caring affects your life, including for example, physical, mental and emotional needs and whether you are willing and able to continue your caring role.

If you would like to access one to one carers support or discuss an Adult Carer Support Plan (ACSP), please contact Lanarkshire Carers  on 01236 755550 or email: info@lanarkshirecarers.org.uk or for more information visit: www.lanarkshirecarers.org.uk/carersupport
