I am worried about my child getting allergies

If you are concerned about allergies then introduce allergens one at a time. This is a good way to test for and specifically identify the foods that cause allergies if they arise.

Do not delay giving your child food that could cause allergies. Avoiding them does not prevent you getting an allergy and does in fact increase the risk. Introduce them at breast feeding in small quantities, if not breast feeding then just introduce small quantities.

You can have a lower rate of allergies if these are introduced earlier. Nut butters, pastes and powders are a good source of protein and can easily be added into cooking.
