Talking Book Service and Large Print Books

A range of large print books and audio books are available at all North Lanarkshire Council Libraries. There are library branches in all the main towns. For all current locations and opening hours, please visit the following website: https://culturenl.co.uk/libraries/your-library/

This is a free service available to all residents of North Lanarkshire who are unable to visit a branch or mobile library because of a disability or long-term illness which normally confines them to their home. 

CALIBRE Audio
Calibre Audio is a national charity lending free audiobooks to anyone who is print disabled: https://www.calibreaudio.org.uk/

RNIB Library
The RNIB Library is the largest of its kind in the UK, and it's completely free with over 60,000 items in the collection. This website is your gateway to the entire collection in one place: Audio, Braille, Giant Print, Music – there is so much to access, borrow and enjoy.
